We’re all about fresh country food here at The King’s Head and with the gorgeous Hampshire countryside and the New Forest on our doorstep, we’re lucky to have an incredible array of fantastic seasonal produce at our fingertips – from locally reared beef to herbs and vegetables foraged from the fields and forests nearby. Fantastic ingredients and a cosy atmosphere has earned our restaurant a rosette from the AA guide.
Please note that as we make all our dishes using only the freshest seasonal produce, our menus change frequently and the menus displayed on our website are samples.

Such fantastic ingredients demand expert preparation and our award-winning Head Chef Jenny crafts each plate with creativity and flair to give our local produce the limelight it deserves. We also take sourcing locally and responsibly seriously here, it’s earned us a Finalist position in the Casual Dining Restaurant & Pub Awards in 2016, so you can dine knowing that your food is supporting local farmers and great British producers.
